Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution across a multi-city territory. You will drive DSD success, build customer relationships, and energize the retail environment with strong merchandising, scheduling, and data-driven strategies.

You will manage a team of merchandisers, coordinate with store personnel, and ensure safe, compliant operations while hitting sales targets and expanding the territory footprint.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs).
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Mondelez International offers a company vehicle with gas card and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers and FT/PT staff.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ program execution.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to deliver service.
• Deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables handling.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships.
• Operate within Mondelēz safety and operational guidelines.
