Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery execution across an assigned US territory, driving growth, store relationships, and excellent retail execution. You will manage merchandising programs, forecast targets, and partner with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across internal teams and store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing assigned accounts with retail selling methods and customer plans.
• Lead a team of Merchandisers (full-time and part-time) from hiring to performance development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide expert on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ program execution.
• Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics and customer needs.
• Build partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service.
• Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate within Mondelēz safety and operational guidelines.
