Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery execution across assigned accounts in the US. You will lead in-store merchandising, optimize displays, and deliver strong sales results through effective planning and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; 3–5 years sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach Merchandisers (full-time & part-time).
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Plan data-driven sales strategies based on store demographics and needs.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities.
