Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and drive in-store execution across a defined territory in Colorado and surrounding areas.

The role emphasizes building relationships with store personnel, delivering sales growth, and optimizing merchandising programs while staying compliant with safety guidelines and company policies. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background
• Physical activity including lifting up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR, and background check
• Mondelēz offers a company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide expert on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities.
• Deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
