Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts using retail selling methodologies.
• Lead with Impact: Manage and coach a team of Merchandiser staff to drive performance.
• Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and in-store merchandising programs.
• Consult & Sell: Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan for Growth: Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build Relationships: Develop partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Optimize Resources: Deploy merchandizers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and volume.
• Own the Cadence: Design a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and results.
