Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager in the United States to lead Direct Store Delivery execution across the assigned territory, building strong relationships with store personnel and driving flawless retail execution.

You will manage a team of merchandisers, tailor data-driven sales strategies to local demographics, and ensure on-shelf excellence while upholding safety and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• 3-5 years selling experience with strong business process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time merchandisers.
• Drive flawless rollout of sales priorities and in-store programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultations to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
