Job summary

Toast is expanding its offerings into new retail verticals, and we’re seeking a Retail Account Executive to join a founding team in building Toast Retail for convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops.

You will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new accounts using a consultative approach, deliver demos, and tailor solutions that meet each prospect’s needs while collaborating across teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• B2B SaaS sales experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative approach to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores and bottle shops.
• Generate lists of prospective retailers and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close.
• Conduct demos and develop tailored solutions for prospects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery matches expectations.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities.
• Understand competitive landscape and position Toast effectively.
