Job summary

Toast is expanding its offerings into new food and beverage concepts with a dedicated Retail platform. The Retail Account Executive will join a founding team to prospect, build relationships, and sign up convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops in an assigned territory.

You will conduct demos, tailor solutions to client needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets commitments.

• Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills with the ability to sell and negotiate at all decision-making levels.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops.
• Generate lists of prospects and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close.
• Conduct demos and tailor solutions to meet prospect needs.
• Partner with teams across the business to ensure delivery meets expectations set during sales.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities.
• Understand the competitive landscape and position Toast effectively in the market.
