Job summary

Toast Tab, Inc. is expanding with Toast Retail and seeks a Retail Account Executive in the United States to join a founding team. You will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops.

You will run the full sales cycle, perform demos, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful delivery while using Salesforce to track activities. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset and proven sales track record.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills across all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team environment.
• Willingness to travel 25% or more.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative approach to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new stores.
• Generate lists of prospects and manage the full sales cycle from call to close.
• Conduct demos and tailor solutions to meet prospect needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets expectations.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities.
• Understand the competitive landscape and position Toast effectively.
