Job summary

Toast Tab, Inc. is expanding its Toast Retail platform and seeking a Retail Account Executive to join a founding team. You will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops within an assigned territory.

You will manage the full sales cycle, conduct demos, and tailor solutions to each customer’s needs while collaborating with other teams to ensure successful delivery. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and travel.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to prospect and close new accounts in a competitive market.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores and bottle shops.
• Generate lists of prospects and manage the full sales cycle from initial call to close.
• Conduct product demos and tailor solutions to needs.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery meets expectations.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities and track progress.
• Analyze the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
