Job summary

Toast is expanding its offerings into Toast Retail for convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops. As a Retail Account Executive, you will join a founding team, prospect, build relationships, and close new accounts with customized solutions based on each store’s needs.

You will drive demos, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and use Salesforce to track activities while navigating a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. A willingness to travel 25%+ is expected.

• Generate lists of prospective customers and manage the full sales cycle from call to close.
• Conduct demos and develop customer-specific solutions.
• Partner with teams to ensure delivery meets sales expectations.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities.
• Understand the competitive landscape and position Toast effectively.
