Job summary

Best Buy's Geek Squad Agent role provides front-line technology support at our Corona store. You’ll assess customer needs, perform basic services, and collaborate with other agents to tackle more complex repairs.

You will help customers with device setup, answer questions, and keep knowledge up to date through training. This role requires at least 3 months in retail or customer service and a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Interest in technology and desire to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing time estimates.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide status updates.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Communicate and partner with fellow agents.
