Best Buy Geek Squad Agent is the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support and solutions at our Cincinnati store. We provide training and resources to assess needs, perform basic services and collaborate with other agents on more complex repairs.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.
• Ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process.
• Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, taking notes and providing time estimates.
• Help customers set up new devices and advise on repair or replacement.
• Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents.
