Job summary

Best Buy’s Geek Squad Agent role places you at the front line of technology support in Rogers, AR. You’ll assess customer needs, perform basic services, and partner with other agents on complex repairs.

You’ll provide friendly, accurate guidance for device setup and repairs, monitor service queues, and stay current through certified training. A flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn technology concepts and explain them clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
