Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by engaging customers and guiding their technology and service needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
