Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring for a Mobile Associate to engage customers, demonstrate technology solutions, and guide shoppers through their service options in a fast-paced store environment.

In this role you will develop product knowledge, use digital tools, and complete training to stay current on retail processes and wireless innovations. You’ll help build strong customer relationships and contribute to team goals while earning competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment. (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
