Job summary

Comcast Xfinity is seeking a customer-focused retail teammate to engage customers, explain product features, and deliver exceptional service in-store. You will work to meet sales targets, assist with billing questions, and promote our latest Comcast/Xfinity services.

A strong tech interest and teamwork attitude are essential. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift 25 pounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets with diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding and passion around technology and Comcast products.
