Job summary

Comcast is seeking a motivated in-store salesperson to engage customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service. You will help customers interpret bills, promote services, and stay up-to-date on Comcast/Xfinity offerings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with energy, demonstrate and explain product features.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up for service excellence.
• Help customers with account statements and bill payments in-store.
• Answer questions on services, modify account data and promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
