Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with energy and explain product features to enhance the shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up for service excellence.
• Assist customers with account statements and bill payments in store.
• Answer questions on services, adjust account data, and promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
