Job summary

Comcast is seeking a motivated retail teammate to engage customers, demonstrate product features, and provide outstanding service in-store. You will help customers interpret statements, process bills, and promote Comcast/Xfinity services while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, updating account data, upgrading service levels, and processing general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding of technology and Comcast services.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment and connecting products to customers’ daily lives.
• Adhering to retail policies to ensure a professional store environment.
