Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is seeking a Full-time Store Supervisor to assist in leading a retail store and donation center. You will oversee store operations, supervise staff, manage payroll and budgets, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will also coordinate training, onboarding, and performance development while handling daily reporting, deposits, and inventory management. A strong communicator with supervisory experience is essential for success.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in Computer Science or related field and two years of experience maintaining, configuring and restoring computers; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Directs activities for store to ensure net performance supports the organization’s goals.
• Supports Store Manager in interviews, hiring, onboarding.
• Ensures staff training and attendance at required orientations and classes.
• Manages daily sales reports, cash deposits, and adherence to policies.
• Oversees donations processing and refurbishment of donated items.
