Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and three years of retail management experience as a Store Manager.
• Experience directing store operations, staffing, and payroll budgeting.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Directs activities for the retail store to ensure financial performance.
• Interview, hire, and onboard new staff.
• Supervise staff and schedule for regular hours and events.
• Coordinate shipments, pricing, and merchandising to meet sales goals.
• Verify daily sales reports and deposits in accordance with policy.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and staff development.
• Address customer issues and maintain a pleasant shopping experience.
• Report security concerns to Loss Prevention.
