Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; two years of retail management experience.
• Valid Driver's License (Class C) and car insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management, leadership, and operations of a retail store and donation center.
• Travel to other retail locations within and outside of the home district.
• Lead store activities to meet sales, payroll, and budgeting goals.
• Support interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new hires.
• Ensure customer and donor satisfaction through prompt, courteous service.
• Oversee receipt handling, refunds, and problem resolution.
• Coordinate shipments and merchandise presentation to maximize sales.
