Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is hiring for a store operations role that supports management, leadership, and daily retail/donation center operations. The position starts at $20.95 per hour with annual merit increases and production bonuses, plus eligibility for quarterly incentive pay based on store performance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in Computer Science or related field and two years of experience maintaining, configuring and restoring computers; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Directs activities for retail store to ensure that net performance provides satisfactory financial support for the organization by managing sales and production, controlling expenses and payroll budgets.
• Supports the Store Manager in interviews, hiring, and completing onboarding process for all new hires.
• Ensures all employees are trained and developed in their job position and attend required orientations and classes.
• Confirms daily sales reports and cash receipts; deposits monies regularly and reports per Agency policies.
• Coordinates shipments and ensures store has adequate product to meet sales goals.
