Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Associate Field Service Technician to maintain retail store technologies and peripherals across client sites. You will perform installations, diagnostics, repairs, and configurations, often traveling to customer locations to support POS equipment and related devices.

The role requires basic electronics knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with occasional supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2+ years’ electronics experience.
• Willingness to travel 100% domestically and/or internationally as needed for installations or service.
• Basic knowledge of PC technology, networks, POS devices, scanners, printers and related retail/SMB tech.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs and services on Toshiba and non-TOSHIBA retail products in stores and commercial environments.
• Travel to customer locations for installations, relocations, or upgrades of POS equipment.
• Communicate status and issues clearly with customers and internal teams to meet service levels.
• Document installation activities and timekeeping in company systems following Toshiba standards.
• Maintain trunk stock to support customers and perform other duties as assigned.
