Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to independently service retail store technologies and computer systems across assigned territories. You will install, support, and repair Toshiba and non-TOSHIBA retail products in stores and SMB environments.

The role requires travel, problem solving, and strong customer communication to maintain satisfaction and meet service metrics. Overtime and on-call coverage may be necessary to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Experience with retail POS equipment and services.
• Willingness to travel 100% domestically/air travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Operates in territory to install, repair, and service retail equipment.
• Travel to customer sites for installations and modifications as needed.
• Communicates status and issues clearly to customers and management.
• Plans travel and schedules to meet customer satisfaction goals.
• Ensures documentation of activities per Toshiba standards.
