Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Associate Field Service Technician to maintain and repair retail store technologies and systems in customer sites across the US. The role involves installation, basic diagnostics, and upgrades on Toshiba and third-party retail equipment, with travel as required.

The position requires a High School Diploma with electronics experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or under supervision until proficient.

Formación

• High School Diploma with 2+ years in electronics field.
• Must travel 100% of the time domestically and/or by air.
• Knowledge of PC tech, network infrastructure, retail devices (POS, scanners, kiosks).
• Mechanical/electrical aptitude and ability to use test equipment and meters.

Responsabilidades

• Operate in assigned territory performing basic repairs and services on products.
• Travel within territory or nationally for installations, relocations, and upgrades.
• Communicate status and client satisfaction with customers, management and team members.
• Document installation activities per Toshiba standards and maintain trunk stock.
