Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an Associate Field Service Technician to maintain retail store technologies and peripherals across various environments. You will perform installation, support, and repair tasks on Toshiba and non-TOSHIBA retail products, with supervision initially and increasing independence over time.

The role requires travel, strong customer service, and the ability to document activities per company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2+ years' electronics experience.
• Willingness to travel 100% domestically and internationally as needed.
• Knowledge of PC technology, POS equipment, and retail devices.
• Mechanical/electrical aptitude with ability to use test equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow directions and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operates in assigned territory performing basic repairs and services on products.
• May travel to customer locations for installations, relocations, and modifications.
• Communicates status and issues to customers and team to ensure satisfaction.
• Manages service events to meet quality and timeline commitments.
• Plans travel and schedules shifts, with flexibility for overtime and weekends.
