Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and repair retail store technologies across assigned sites. You will install, configure, and service POS systems and related hardware in stores, banks, and SMB environments, traveling extensively to locations as required.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, documentation, and teamwork while handling varied shifts and physical duties. A High School Diploma and 4+ years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or better with 4+ years of related experience.
• Must be able to travel 100% domestically and/or internationally for installations and service delivery.
• Operational knowledge of PC technology, networking, and retail devices; capable of basic electrical/electronic work.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and services on Toshiba and other retail products in stores and offices.
• Install, relocate, and configure POS equipment and store systems at customer sites.
• Communicate status and issues clearly to customers and team members; document work per standards.
