You may perform installations, repairs, and upgrades at customer sites, working under supervision until you can operate independently.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2+ years' experience in an Electronics field.
• Must be able to travel 100% of the time domestically and/or internationally.
• Knowledge of personal computer technology, network infrastructure, flat panel TVs/monitors, cash registers/point-of-sale equipment, and related retail devices.

Responsibilities

• Operates in assigned territory; performs basic repairs and diagnostics using standard maintenance packages.
• Travel to customer locations for installations or service delivery projects.
• Communicate status and customer satisfaction to management and customers; build positive relationships.
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule work to meet service level objectives; arrange travel plans.
• Document installation activities in accordance with standards; manage stock to support customers.
