Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop retail team to meet sales targets and deliver customer service excellence.
• Coach and train staff on product knowledge, customer interaction, and store procedures.
• Manage store operations including visual merchandising, plan-o-gram compliance, and store environment standards.
• Monitor and control store expenses, discounts, and credits to support financial objectives.
• Oversee customer wait times and ensure needs are met through effective team coordination.
• Stay current on products, services, and leadership practices to act as an expert resource.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
