Job summary

Victra is looking for an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will own daily operations, ensure merchandising standards, and mentor staff to meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will be accountable for team development, shift planning, and executing store strategies under the guidance of the General Manager.

Qualifications

Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
