Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team on sales targets, daily operations, and merchandising.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor progress toward quota.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and skills.
• Analyze staffing needs and store financial data; manage cash and compliance.
• Ensure store up-time, planogram compliance, and effective customer flow.
