Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a sales team and create outstanding customer experiences in a retail store. You will drive sales, coach staff, and manage daily operations to meet targets and maintain store standards.

You will coach individuals to achieve results, resolve customer issues, and ensure merchandising and planogram compliance while coordinating with store leadership and support teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or leadership in retail or wireless sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and coaching teams.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and peak season periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and drive sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Coach associates to develop skills and improve performance on the floor.
• Manage daily operations, merchandising, and store metrics.
• Ensure store up-time by coordinating with Facilities/Network/IT as needed.
• Open/close store and communicate goals to the sales team.
