Qualifications

• Experience in retail or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years in a customer service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Coach associates one-on-one and mentor for performance growth.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and merchandising following planograms.
• Analyze sales data, manage cash, and ensure compliance.
• Perform opening/closing duties and drive excellent customer experiences.
