Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales targets, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and ensure store merchandising aligns with brand standards while optimizing performance.

You will oversee talent management, monitor key metrics, and own the store's daily sales strategy in collaboration with the General Manager, fostering growth and a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
