Job summary

Victra is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a sales team and craft outstanding customer experiences in a retail store. You will coach teammates, drive sales targets, and manage daily store operations to support the brand and solutions.

You will mentor staff to reach their full potential while maintaining merchandising standards, guest service, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED; legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Leading your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions.
• Setting and sharing daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Providing your team with training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Identifying selling skill gaps and building development plans to meet sales metrics and quotas.
• Running store operations, analyzing staffing needs, reporting financial and sales data.
• Completing store opening and closing activities.
• Collective responsibility on attaining store targets daily/weekly/monthly.
