Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will coach, develop, and mentor associates, set performance goals, and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will oversee merchandising, inventory, and store metrics, working with leadership to meet quotas and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a sales team to meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor progress with the team.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Identify skill gaps and implement development plans to improve performance and sales metrics.
• Manage store operations, staffing needs, and financial reporting.
• Ensure store merchandising and planogram compliance.
• Handle store opening/closing activities and maintain store up-time and security.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive store performance and customer satisfaction.
