Qualifications

• 18+ months retail Team Member experience.
• 6+ months supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication.
• Basic math for inventory and financial checks.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers outstanding customer service.
• Sets and achieves the highest standards of retail execution.
• Works with Team Leader to achieve cost, margin, expense and labor targets.
• Follows through on customer questions and resolves concerns.
• Works with Team Leader to resolve team concerns or issues.
• Evaluates and documents Team Member work performance.
• Acts as point person in absence of Team Leader.
• Communicates and models WFM vision and goals.
• Maintains awareness of customer flows and directs staff accordingly.
• Trains, mentors, motivates, and counsels Team Members.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
