Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of retail Team Member experience.
• At least 6 months of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand 6-8 hours.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Set and achieve high standards of retail execution.
• Assist Team Leader to meet cost, margin, expense and labor targets.
