• Holds ATLs, supervisors and Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Defines and develops clear expectations to achieve high standards of retail execution and minimize turnover.
• Makes hiring and separation decisions in partnership with Store Leadership.
• Ensures an effective response to customer questions and concerns.
• Maintains safety and security standards for Team Members.
• Communicates objectives to Team Members and maintains vendor relationships.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory rules and standards.
