Carter’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-energy, customer-focused sales floor. You will coach and develop store team members, manage daily operations, and ensure a welcoming environment for families and customers.

Your role involves partnering with the Store Manager on merchandising, staffing, and achieving KPIs, while maintaining Carter’s standards and brand experience. This is a full-time in-store position supporting a busy Oklahoma City location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles and benefits.
