Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.

• Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation).

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in building and retaining a successful team through recruiting, coaching, and development.
• Execute workforce management to ensure a customer-focused environment on the sales floor.
• Maintain showroom standards, merchandising and promotions as directed, and drive KPIs with the team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster an inclusive, positive atmosphere for staff and customers.
