Job summary

Carter's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a busy retail floor, greeting customers and guiding their shopping experiences with our baby and children’s lines. You will coach the team, ensure service standards, and drive sales while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment for both customers and associates.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager on staffing, training, and merchandising, and you’ll help analyze performance data to optimize daily operations and customer loyalty through

Qualifications

Leadership and supervisory abilities with a focus on team engagement.
Demonstrated customer engagement skills in a retail setting.
Proficient computer skills including Outlook and Excel.
High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Execute workforce management and staff coverage on the floor.
Welcome customers and promote product styles, features, and benefits.
Assist in recruiting, training, and developing store team.
Monitor KPIs and drive results with the team.
Maintain merchandising standards and plan promotions.
