Job summary

The Paper Store is seeking a Key Holder to deliver World Class Service and lead by example on the sales floor. You will greet customers, explain product benefits, and help teammates achieve sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires leadership experience in retail, flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays, and proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office. You will support opening/closing procedures and contribute to merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in specialty retail preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly, and identify needs through questions.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Suggest additional items to increase sales using effective selling techniques.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and checkout procedures.
