The Paper Store is seeking a Key Holder to deliver world-class service and achieve sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment in Plymouth, MA. You will lead by example, greet customers, coach team members, process returns, open/close the store, and ensure merchandising standards are met.

Ideal candidates have previous retail leadership experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in specialty retail preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and lead a team on the sales floor.

Responsabilités

• Act as TPS Champion by applying G.U.E.S.T. service approach and delivering world-class service.
• Greet and welcome customers warmly; understand needs with open-ended questions.
• Explain product features and benefits; suggest additional items to increase sales.
