Responsibilities

• Act as a TPS Champion by modeling the GUEST service approach, delivering World Class Service.
• Greet and welcome every customer warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Explain product features and benefits in relation to customer needs with in-depth knowledge.
• Suggest additional items to build onto sales using effective selling techniques.
• Perform store opening/closing procedures and supervise the sales floor.
