The Paper Store is hiring for a Key Holder to lead in a fast-paced, specialty retail environment. You will deliver world-class service, greet customers warmly, and understand their needs through open-ended questions.

You will also promote products, reinforce brand standards, and support sales across channels. Qualified candidates have leadership experience in retail, can work a flexible schedule including weekends, and are proficient with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and leadership work in specialty retail is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multi task while attending to customers.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS Systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a TPS Champion by modeling the GUEST service approach and delivering World Class Service.
• Greet and welcome every customer warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Understand customer needs by asking open-ended questions.
• Explain product features and benefits relative to customers' needs with in-depth knowledge.
• Suggest additional items to build sales using effective selling techniques.
• Be a TPS Brand Ambassador and maintain merchandising standards.
• Support sales efforts across all business channels to maximize company sales.
• Capture accurate customer information at the POS and process promotions correctly.
