Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and supervise staff.
• Provide leadership, guidance and training to staff under direction from Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Step in for Store Manager/Assistant Manager when needed to run operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain service levels and achieve sales and operational objectives.
• Manage POS transactions, loyalty, discounts, returns and opening/closing procedures.
• Oversee inventory control including shipping, receiving, pricing and markdowns.
• Oversee merchandising, floor presentation and housekeeping to company standards.
• Oversee payroll-related tasks such as scheduling and time/attendance.
• Train and develop direct reports and enforce customer service standards.
• Assist with loss prevention and safeguarding company assets.
