Job summary

Rack Room Shoes in Greensboro, NC seeks a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations, train staff, and uphold company policies. In collaboration with Store Manager and Assistant Manager, you’ll ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales and service objectives.

You’ll manage POS procedures, inventory, merchandising, scheduling, and loss prevention, with a focus on safety and team development. This role may be full or part-time and requires a background check and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations in collaboration with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Provide leadership, guidance and training to store staff.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage POS transactions, sales, discounts and refunds per policy.
• Oversee inventory control, pricing changes and markdowns.
• Lead merchandising, visual presentation and housekeeping to company standards.
• Support payroll scheduling and attendance tracking.
• Train and develop direct reports and reinforce customer service standards.
• Oversee loss prevention and protection of assets.
